Please ensure you complete the following registration form as its a requirement to enter the Sinclair Innovation Lab. 

Upon completion, you will receive an email with a QR code that give you access into the lab. 

If this form is not completed ahead of time, you will need to complete it on the door, which may result in delay to your entry.
